Just so you’re in on what’s going on. Charis and I have a house another under contract. The one before fell through due to all kinds of problems the inspection turned up.

We had it inspected today and we don’t have any surprises to name. There is foundation movement and we have they guy coming out tomorrow to give us an estimate. There has been past termite work, and the front porch needs a little repair. We love the wallpaper (sarcasm included for free) but it’s a house we feel that we can slowing bring up to speed on the interior…
Pray it goes well b/c we’re both SICK of looking houses!
