Round Two Here We Come!

It's with great hope and excitement that we want to share with you our plans to try another round of invitro in the upcoming weeks. Over the past few months I have been studying women in the Bible who walked through infertility and it's been a great blessing to me. I wanted to share what the Lord has revealed to me, as well as ask for your prayers over the next month. Our biggest prayer request is that we would continue to put our hope in the Lord, and not on a baby - that we would love and seek God first in our lives and not seek what God can do for us.

I'm going to use emails to keep everyone updated along the way, so let me know if you want to receive them. I learned some of the greatest lessons of my life when the first invitro didn't work last July - so I'm excited to see what God is going to teach me this time - whether it works or doesn't. God is good - all the time!

Rebekah - Perseverence


Verse:
Genesis 25:21 "Isaac prayed to the LORD on behalf of his wife, because she was barren. The LORD answered his prayer, and his wife Rebekah became pregnant."

Message:
Rebekah gave birth to twin boys when Isaac was 60 years old, 20 years after they were first married. These two boys became two great nations.

Prayer:
"Lord, please help me to consider the trial of infertility as pure joy as this testing of my faith will develop the perseverance I need to mature in my faith.

James 1:2
Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, 3because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. 4Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything."
