Favorite Toys: She loves toys that make noise. She likes playing in her exersaucer, but her favorite toy is her little piano.
New Things: Sitting up, jabbering, and first tooth showing

Wow! I’d like to get off the roller coaster, please! Julah’s seventh month of life was definitely one that I’ll never forget. Let’s start with the new milestones:

October 4th – Julah said “Mamamamama”. First consonant sounds she’s made.

October 10th- Julah said “Da da da”

October 11th – sat up by herself for the first extended amount of time at Riley’s 2nd Birthday Party
October 15th - First time she got up on all fours.
October 18th-23rd - First hospitalization (I’ll devote a whole other post to this)
October 23rd - Playing the piano, her favorite toy

October 25th – Duffy noticed Julah’s first tooth was about to break through

October 31st - First Halloween! (More pics later)

We are just falling more in love with baby Julah daily. I know every parent thinks their child is perfect and the most special child in the whole world…and we are guilty as charged. We shamelessly brag about her and dote on every little thing she does. She has us wrapped around those incredible perfect and cute chubby little fingers. She is an exceptionally social and happy baby. Anytime a stranger smiles at her, she instantly smiles back and starts waving her little arms around. She’s so excited to meet new people and hasn’t had any “stranger danger” responses yet. Most children are afraid of people in masks and gowns, but even in the hospital, she would smile and giggle at all the nurses and doctors that came into the room. She did try her hardest to pull their masks off…and she once succeeded on getting Ms. Frances’ mask off. Her little laugh is infectious and such a sweet sound. She grabs onto us and Duffy's favorite time is holding her right after she wakes up....she holds onto you really tight and snuggles into your neck. She's on the verge of crawling...I really think she'll take off within the next week or so.
