Weight: 19 lbs 11 oz at her 9month appointment (70% in weight)
Length: 90% in length
Sleeping: 8pm-8am, rarely waking in the night
Eating: 8 oz formula, she likes munching on Cheerios, bananas, dried apples, and green beans. She puts too much stuff in her mouth and won't swallow it...which leads to gagging. We're working on that.
Diapers: She's gotten so tall and skinny that she's back in a Size 3
Clothing: 9-12 months. She's almost too tall for some 12 months.
Words: "MAmamamama" and "Da da". She has added "Ga ga" and "Na na".
Hair: Reddish Brown and curls into ringlets. Her hair is below the bottom of her neck now.
Favorite Toys: She's pulling herself up ALL THE TIME. She learned that little trick on her piano. She loves her little giraffe rattle and holds it to her face and giggles.
New Things: CRAWLING, pulling up on things, and her two bottom teeth are in. The right one came in first, followed by the left one a week later. She has loved having a foster sister "SiSi" around the house to entertain her and she's trying desperately to keep up with her.
November 6th - Julah crawled for the first time while we were skyping with Duffy's grandparents and family in North Carolina. We were showing off her ability to slowly scoot and wiggle around...and she took off crawling toward the laptop camera.
November 13th - We have a new temporary foster child addition. "Sisi" came to stay us for 4 days...which has turned into a few weeks. We are so glad to have her and Julah absolutely adores her. Julah "talks" to her, giggles when she sees her, and follows her everywhere she goes. "Sisi" adores Julah and tells me all the time that she has to "take care of baby Julah...gotta be nice!". So sweet!
