Mike was scheduled to have surgery this morning in L.A. to remove two tumors from his lungs. Duffy went to L.A. to be with Mike & Laura Fechner yesterday. The results of the procedure were not what we expected, but Mike is still believing in the Lord for healing...it just looks like the journey is going to be a marathon instead of a sprint relay. Please join us in following the call of Romans 12:12 to, "Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer."
This is the email that was just sent out by Mike Buster:
Thank you for your prayers for Mike and Laura. It was determined during the surgery today not to continue as planned because traces of cancer cells were discovered in his lymph nodes. Doctors determined that the best course of action is to continue the current treatment, which has been extremely effective. The outlook is still positive. I know you will want to continue to pray for God’s total healing for Mike.
