Last Wednesday we found out that the girls are scheduled to be moved out of our house by early June. The CPS worker is placing them (7 months and 22 months), along with their 2.5 and 3.5 year old brothers, to live with a 50 year old single Mom in Cedar Hill, who already has 3 kids of her own. So she's taking on 4 kids under the age of 4, in addition to her 3 teenage sons, 1 of which lives with her. She has a 3 bedroom home and the kids will be in daycare Monday-Saturday from 6am-6pm. They aren't being adopted by this lady, they're just going to be permanent foster kids until they're 18.
We want so much more for them. God has been at work behind the scenes and the girls were miracuously assigned a CASA worker, a lawyer we know is trying to contact their Guardian Ad Litem to reverse his approval of this placement, and several other things. We've been told that our best chance on keeping the girls is to let them move in with this lady and pray that she can't handle it and sends them back to us.
I can't tell you how hard this is for us. We love them so much and want so much for them. Please pray for God to give us the faith to believe that He is in control, that He loves these girls more than we do, and that His will is going to be done to the glory of His name. We know our fear and anxiety is coming from our unbelief and lack of faith...so pray that we would have more faith. I need more faith.

Oh my goodness. Reading this entry breaks my heart. I know how much you both have fallen in love with those sweet girls. I pray that God would continue to have their hand on them through out their time with you both and also into their future.
