Charis turns 30!

Man...it was alot harder to type that number than I imagined it would be. It was not hard, however, to celebrate the weekend on a cruise ship in the Bahamas. We left Miami on Friday, April 15th and headed out to sea...or to sleep for us.

 That night we ate at Cagney's Steakhouse. I couldn't decide between three of the desserts, so I got all of them!

 The next day we docked at Nassau, Bahamas and headed into town.

 We met up with Duffy's friend from college, Candise, her husband and son. Had a great time getting a personal tour of the island and eating lunch. Duffy ate the Cronk salad, a local treat.

In front of the Governor's Home:

 Afterwards we dropped by the beach and did a little shopping.
A marching band and dance team made their way down the street and we got a great show!

The next day we went to a private island and spent some time on the beach.

 We chose to go on jet-ski's for our excursion. SO much fun! We saw a sting ray, starfish, and conch.

The last night we ate in a French Restaurant. Amazing food!

 Saying goodbye to the Bahamas. Dear friend...we will be back to visit again someday!
