Sunday, June 19th - FAther's Day
This was a very special day for us, celebrating Julah's very first Father's Day. Julah helped Mommy make some very special personalized cards for her Dad and Grandads. She even "signed" her card for Duffy with her tiny little footprints. We had a great morning and took Duffy out to brunch at Sweet Tomatoes (because every other place had a redicuously long wait list!) on the way to dropping him off at the airport. He flew off to work very hard a finals competition all week.

Julah is getting so big! I just can't believe it. She's been so active this week making noises and shaking those little arms around. She's really enjoyed looking at pictures of animals and watching the mobile in her crib. She just squeals and squirms...she loves them!

Monday-Friday: Celebrate Freedom Week
One of the biggest contract event jobs I do is Celebrate Freedom Dallas, held at Southfork Ranch every year. Since Duffy was out of town this year, Tammy "Memaw" was thankfully able to come and stay the week with us while she was taking classes at SMU. We had lots of fun and Julah even came out on Tuesday and helped check out the site with me. She stayed at home with Memaw on Saturday though, too long and hot for a little baby.
And since I was working all week and juggling being a single Mom....this post is going to be very short. We were very busy this week for sure!
